Hi, I’m Gabby Barta—founder, coach, and your biggest cheerleader on this journey!


With over 25 years in the health & wellness industry, my passion is helping women 40+ take back their energy, shed stubborn belly weight through menopause and beyond, and build lasting health. But what truly sets me apart isn’t just my credentials—it’s my personal journey. I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with stubborn belly weight, low energy, and mood swings. At 45, I felt stuck—but now, at 54, I’ve learned how to take control of my health, including navigating hormone replacement, to feel stronger, more energized, and more like myself again. And now, I’m here to help you do the same! 💜

As a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Pilates Master Instructor, and licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, I combine expertise with a compassionate, client-focused approach. With a B.S. in Biopsychology from Pine Manor College, I have a deep understanding of the powerful connection between the mind and body—helping women achieve lasting wellness from the inside out.
